What Do Mormons Believe?–Article of Faith #11

We claim the privilege of worshiping Almighty God according to the dictates of our own conscience, and allow all men the same privilege, let them worship how, where, or what they may.

We, along with many others, believe it is important to protect the right of every individual to be able to worship according to their own choosing.  The only time in which this right should be revoked is when that worship would infringe upon the rights or well being of another individual.  We believe that

all governments should allow their people this same privilege and as citizens we should do our part in making sure this freedom is preserved.
